- Build ads to the correct size: width and height, horizontal or vertical.
- Please submit ads as PDFs: Acrobat 5 compatible and PDF/X1a compliant. Other acceptable formats include: TIFF (flattened); EPS (text converted to outlines, images embedded) or JPEG.
- Ads should be either CMYK or grayscale. No RGB, Pantone or spot colors. ICT is not responsible for color accuracy if colors need to be converted.
- Black text should be 100% black, not a CMYK combination.
- All artwork must be 300 dpi. ICT is not responsible for the printed quality of artwork provided at lower resolution.
- Embed or create outlines for all fonts. Courier is the default replacement for fonts that are not embedded and ICT is not responsible for matching non-embedded fonts.
- The customer is responsible for any typographical errors or edits in "camera ready" ads. It is the customer’s responsibility to make any necessary changes and resubmit their ad before press deadline.
- If ICT’s designers build or make changes to an ad, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the provided proof for any errors or typos. The customer needs to sign off on their proof or request changes before deadline.
- Place crop marks on magazine ads only if they have a bleed. Newspaper ads do not bleed. Bleeds should be one-eighth inch and text should be at least one-half inch from the trim edge of the page.
- E-mail your completed ads or artwork to your sales representative or sales@indiancountry.com.
-Check with your sales representative for other sending options if your file is larger than 10 MB.
